You will note that there are currently NO reported cases of swine flu in Ecuador to date [April 27, 2009]. We will keep you up to date with any reports. Colombia currently has 12 suspected cases, while Brazil has one suspected case.
Although I found this excellent site to check various countries for such diseases as malaria, yellow fever etc, it is an excellent site to track the recent outbreak of swine flu (gripe porcina in Spanish).
